Bei jeder Entwicklung egal ob Produkt , Interface oder Service, geht es darum, für den oder die Nutzer die bestmögliche Lösung zu suchen und zu finden. Das positive Nutzererlebnis ist wesentlicher Teil des Erfolgs eines Produktes, ist aber auch ebenso komplex. Komplex deshalb, weil die Dimensionen des Erlebens sehr vielfältig sind. Zum einen ist die Definition des Nutzers heute nicht mehr so einfach, wie es einmal war (teilweise gibt es für ein Produkt völlig verschiedene Profile), zum anderen beeinflussen sich ästhetische, ergonomische und funktionale Aspekte gegenseitig und müssen in Balance gebracht werden. Erst wenn alle Nutzerprofile verstanden und richtig interpretiert worden sind, Ästhetik, Ergonomie und Funktion analysiert und mit Kreativität und Inspiration eine Balance hergestellt haben, wird ein Produkt positiv erlebbar.

With every development, whether product, interface or service, the aim is to find and find the best possible solution for the user(s). The positive user experience is an essential part of the success of a product, but it is also just as complex. Complex because the dimensions of experience are very diverse. On the one hand, the user's definition is no longer as simple as it once was (in some cases there are completely different profiles for one product); on the other hand aesthetic, ergonomic and functional aspects influence each other and have to be balanced.
